Every January, the entire Southern Italian town of Tricarico dresses up as cows and bulls to celebrate its Carnival, an ancient rite evoking the transhumance.

The eve of the Carnival, a group of long-time friends gathers together, as one last chance to celebrate their youth before stepping into adulthood.
